EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
RIC Resortwear seeks to offer high quality products and it is with the satisfaction of its customers in mind that our Exchange and Return Policy is made available, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code.
It is important that the consumer be aware of the deadlines for requesting an exchange or return.
REPLACEMENT
If you need to exchange the product, please contact RIC Resortwear.
The deadline for the customer to send the product for exchange is 07 (seven) days from the receipt of the product. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
The customer must request an exchange via email sent to ricresortwear.com.br@gmail.com with the purchase order number and the reason for the exchange.
In case of change of size and/or color we do not guarantee that it will be available in stock. We do not reserve parts.
Only after the request has been answered by email should the product be sent to Ric resortwear for technical analysis of the garment.
The product must be sent with the original packaging, label attached to the piece, without signs of violation of the product seal, without signs of use and without odor, and cannot be washed.
The consumer will be responsible for the misuse of the goods or for his sole fault having damaged them, pursuant to articles 12, 14 and 18 of the Consumer Protection Code.
The deadline for resolution of exchanges is up to 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the product by Ric resortwear.
The cost of shipping for the first exchange will be the responsibility of Ric Resortwear. If there is a need for a new exchange(s), the costs for shipping and returning the new product will both be the responsibility of the customer.
We do not exchange or return parts in Promo/Sale.DEFECT:
After analyzing the product received and finding a manufacturing defect, a new product will be sent to the customer. The customer may choose to receive a credit (purchase voucher) for a new purchase, in the same amount as the part exchanged. The voucher must be used only once. The validity of the purchase voucher will be 30 days from the date of its generation.
The solution will be presented to the consumer through the registered e-mail: reversal of the value of the defective product considering any promotional discounts granted or the exchange for the same product or the availability of a purchase voucher to be reused in our store.
WITHDRAWAL/REPENTANCE/REFUND (RETURN)

The deadline for the customer to return the product in cases of withdrawal/regret is 07 (seven) days from the receipt of the product. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
The customer must request a return by sending an email to ricresortwear.com.br@gmail.com containing the Order number.
Only after the request has been answered by e-mail should the product be sent for technical analysis of the part.
The product must be sent in the original packaging, label attached to the piece, with no evidence of product seal violation, no sign of use and no odor, and cannot be washed.
After we receive your product(s), we will analyze the part(s) and within 30 working days we will send you an e-mail with an exchange voucher with instructions for you to make a new purchase on the website with the desired product. In the case of returns, within 40 days we will request a credit card reversal (for purchases made by card) or a refund to a current account of the same name (for purchases made by bank slip). The reversal may occur in up to two subsequent invoices, according to the rules of the card administrator.
RIC Resortwear reserves the right to return the same item to the customer, charging the costs with postage for reshipment, if the product does not comply with the guidelines described herein.
INVOLUNTARY RETURN - POST OFFICE
If the order is returned by Correios with a status of “invalid address”, “unknown recipient”, “moved”, “owner not found” or similar situation, the costs with postage to resend the product will be borne by the consumer.
Considerations:
Product returned without prior communication, after the deadline or with the absence of accompanying items/accessories, will be sent back to the consumer without prior consultation.
The returned pieces cannot have undergone any alteration such as: making hems, lateral and height adjustments or of any other nature.
All products will undergo a prior analysis and if the presence of a defect or non-compliance with any of the conditions in the previous topic is found, the product will be sent back to the customer.
ATTENTION PROMOTION
In the case of exchange of products purchased on promotion, the exchange must be made only for promotional products.
